  Awful customer service. We were scheduled to have some major appliances delivered on 6/14/17 from Home Depot. Atlantic Transport was the third party company tasked with delivering. We were told we have a delivery window between 1-5PM on that day, so I took off the afternoon from work to be home to receive the delivery. Not only did Atlantic Transport simply not show up at all, they didn't even have the decency to call and let us know that they couldn't make it as originally scheduled. This was made even worse by the fact that when we finally got someone on the phone the next morning they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about, and then proceeded to tell us "let us figure out what's going on and we will call you back by 12PM". 12PM comes and goes and no call... so we call again... get a different person on the phone who says she had no idea what we are talking about... and the person we spoke to earlier went to lunch! So we then explain everything AGAIN, and this new person tells us she will get to the bottom of it and get back to us by 2PM. 2PM comes... NO CALL. We call back again and someone finally tells us "sorry, the delivery drivers couldn't find your house and both of their cell phones were dead..." Yeah... OK!!!! Very convenient. Out side of the fact that any decent delivery company would have GPS for their drivers... BOTH of the people on the truck had dead cell phones so they couldn't place a simple phone call to let us know they weren't gonna make it that day? Ever hear of a car charger? That's just bad business. Home Depot really needs to consider switching their vendor for appliance deliveries. Knowing that this is the local company they use for deliveries I will be avoiding Home Depot the next time I need an appliance or something like that.
